Frying is not healthy. It is not recommended for ideal health. Natureland Sunflower Frying Oil is produced from a special, hard to find, high oleic variety of sunflower seeds. This means that its oil is high in fatty acids which are more stable when heated. We recommend this oil for our customers who insist on frying. We also recommend using it only once. This oil has been steam washed (deodorized) at 190° C. This is better since it is going to be used for deep frying. TRANSFAT FREE. DO NOT HEAT ABOVE 190° C.
