How to cook pasta?

2 tbsp of sea salt in it.
Always taste your pasta to know when it
is done. You want to cook it so that it still
has a bite.
Save some cooking water. If your pasta
sauce seems too thick you might think
you need more sauce, try adding reserved
pasta water to correct this situation.
