You will need:         500ml ground almonds

                              100ml coconut oil

90 ml honey or maple syrup

                              325ml berries

                              30ml chia seeds

In a bowl mix together the egg, coconut oil, vanilla and the remaining 30ml honey. Add the almond flour a little at a time to make sure it blends well. A soft dough should form. Roll into balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Using your thumb, press each ball down so that there is a hollow in the middle. Spoon a little chia berry jam into the hollow being careful not to overfill. Bake for 10-15 minutes and allow to cool on the tray before moving them to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container.
