Natural Candida cures from your kitchen

First steps in treating Candida: Eat less sugar and chew well!

Yeast absolutely thrives on sugar so eating lots of starchy and sweet foods will only hinder healing no matter what medicines or Candida healing foods you eat.
Your first step in treating Candida is to eliminate all refined sugars. If you are facing heavy symptoms,you should also avoid in the beginning of the treatment fruits such as mango and grapes and vegetables such as carrot and beetroot that contain high levels of sugar. In terms of vegetables, focus on leafy green and for fruits you can consume apples and berries that are lower in sugar.
Lastly, you should cut down on the size of the meals and chew well. The easier your digestive system has it, the less room there is for the Candida yeast.
Foods that help cure Candida
The following foods are nutrient rich and have strong antifungal and antibacterial properties which makes them effective as part of a Candida treatment with the will of Allah. Here’s how you can incorporate them into your daily diet.
Organic virgin coconut oil
Coconut oil helps to stimulate the bile ducts which in turn help to produce and restore good gut bacteria. In particular the three fatty acids in coconut oil, namely: Capric acid, lauric acid and caprylic acid are effective in killing of Candida albicans. Caprylic acid interferes with the Candida cell walls so that they are weakened and can then be destroyed by the other antifungal fatty acids in coconut oil. That makes coconut oil to one of the most potent Candida killers!
To treat Candida with coconut oil you can eat between 1 and 5 tablespoons a day. This can be used when cooking food or eaten raw by the spoonful. Start with small quantities so that your body can become accustomed to this rich fat. Sauteing green vegetables such as broccoli or brussel sprouts not only gives you the benefit of the coconut oil it also aids in the absorption of nutrients in the green vegetables.
2. Cranberry juice
Cranberry juice is a known treatment for urinary tract infections and can also aid in the treatment of Candida. 3. Apple cider vinegar

It is important to use only organic apple cider vinegar that contains the ‘mother of vinegar’ as these are the enzymes that promote better health.
Natureland Cider Vinegar is slightlyfiltereddue to governmental regulations, but still contains the ‘mother of vinegar’. For most bottles it is just some tiny pieces which sink on the bottom of the bottle, while sometimes they form a bigger cloud.
4. Clove spice and clove oil
Cloves have a very strong taste and equally powerful antifungal and antibacterial action. Clove oil is often used for toothache, helping to ease the pain and help clear any infection. The phenols in cloves have strong antifungal properties. Clove tea is often used as part of an anti-Candida treatment which is made by steeping freshly ground cloves in boiling water. The taste is quite strong and bitter. To make it more palatable you can add some Natureland green stevia.
5. Fresh plain yoghurt
Farm fresh yoghurt contains probiotics that help restore healthy gut bacteria. It is important to keep nourishing good gut bacteria when following treatments for Candida. The lacto-bacteria in yoghurt help nourish your digestive system. Adding some flaxseed to your yoghurt adds to the nutrition and helps to flush out your system.
Garlic one of nature’s strongest antibiotics that helps fight off infection and strengthen the immune system. For a strong treatment raw crushed garlic is best, however for most people this is difficult to stomach. As an alternative you can make a salad dressing with crushed garlic, organic oregano (which is also said to be effective in the treatment of Candida), olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Pour liberally over a salad of leafy greens and enjoy for lunch or dinner. If you really want to go for it, you may switch out the olive oil to coconut oil, creating a ‘Candida killer salat’.
Turmeric has wide ranging health benefits and is used to boost the immune system as well as treat specific conditions. The active ingredient curcumin is a powerful antifungal and antibiotic. It can help treat Candida overgrowth and fight off infection.
While not as powerful as garlic or turmeric, ginger contains gingerol which is an antifungal. Some people say that drinking ginger tea helps to settle their digestive system. Ginger can also be enjoyed in a variety of cooked meals such as curries and Asian cuisine.
