Q. I am trying to order; however it won't go through?

A. Please make sure you are signed in, and that you have saved your billing and shipping address. You may also have something in your cart which is no longer in stock. Please remove that.

 

Q. Some items are out of stock, when will they come back?

A. Please choose the Notify Me button near an out of stock item. This will send you an email when the item is again in-stock.

 

Q. I am not seeing a payment method?

A. This is likely because the store is not taking orders. Check for messages on the check-out page that inform you when we will again be taking orders.
