Natureland Red Quinoa 500g
Quinoa can be used just like rice, stuffed into chicken or grapeleaves, or used like burghul in taboulah. Red Quinoa holds its shape better, and is nuttier in flavor. Use red for salads, and white in soups. Basic recipe: Wash quinoa in a strainer. Bring 4 cups of water with 2 cups of quinoa to a boil. Cover, and reduce to a simmer for about 15 minutes.
